With such a comprehensive range of courseware and with a number of purchasing options, there are bound to be questions you'd like to ask. We've tried to anticipate your question with this list of frequently asked questions.   What if I can't find what I'm looking for in your product list?

If you can't find the manual you are looking for just contact us by phone or email. If it's an older version of the software it might be available and just not listed on the website. If it's a newer version of the software we might be in the process of writing it.

  Can I obtain a sample copy of a manual?

If you are not familiar with our material or would like to know more about our courseware, then please call us for more information. You can also download the first several pages of many of our manuals by clicking on their front cover.

  How can I pay for my manuals?

For online purchases we accept the major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club), direct deposits to our bank account, and payment on account for approved customers with a purchase order number. For purchases via mail, phone or email we accept all major credit cards, direct deposit, cash and cheque.

All online credit card transactions are processed securely through the SecurePay payment gateway.

  What are the courier/freight charges for manual delivery?

Note: Printed manuals can only be ordered online for delivery within Australia. For international orders please email orders@watsoniapublishing.com.

All delivery charges are calculated using the weight and delivery location. It is our policy to pass on these charges to our clients as close as possible to cost.

  How long does it take to get my order?

Manuals are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once dispatched, most orders should be received within 2-3 days depending on the destination. For international orders, we will advise you of the anticipated arrival time.

If you have ordered online, we will send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

  What is the difference between Australia Post eParcel, Express eParcel and Express Post?

Our manuals are generally sent out via Australia Post eParcel, which is Australia Post's business class parcel service. It is trackable and does not require a signature. Express eParcel is a faster version of regular eParcel.

  Are there discounts available to bookshops or for buying in bulk?

Yes, we have a discounts on printed manuals available for bookshops. If you are purchasing on behalf of a bookshop, please create a new online account and then contact us at info@watsoniapublishing.com before placing your first order.

All orders of ten or more printed manuals receive a 10% discount.

  What is the difference between Levels and Modules?

Levels are one day training manuals that contain approximately 8 hours of content per manual. Level one covers introductory level information, while level two and three cover intermediate and advanced information respectively. Each level can be taught or worked through by a learner as a self taught method of study.

Modules are two day training manuals that contain approximately 14-16 hours of content per manual. Module one covers introductory to intermediate information, while module two covers intermediate to advanced information. Each module can be taught or worked through by a learner as a self taught method of study.

  Can I return manuals I have ordered?

We do accept returns but as all of our manuals are printed on demand there are some restrictions which you can view under our terms and conditions.

  I have forgotten my login password, what should I do?

Click this reset password link and then enter your email address to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  What if I am having problems downloading PDF documents or student files?

If you are having trouble downloading a file with the extension .PDF or that is showing a PDF logo () then you may need to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can do this free of charge at the Adobe website.
